[VRChat] Cropped Hoodie for CYANT

Here's a simple hoodie for Cyant because hoodies are comfy and putting clothes on something that doesn't need clothes is kinda funny.

Animations for adding the booba squish and hue shifts are included, however they ONLY work on base Cyant with the hoodie applied through DressingTools. (must be added to Cyant's FX layer manually)

This addon is NOT compatible with the limited-time avatar Runyant. (I may add compatibility in the future)
